The Board of Directors prepare an annual Statement of Compliance which deals with the extent to which the Code of Principles of Good Corporate Governance, published as an Appendix to the Listing Rules, have been adopted and the effective measures taken to ensure compliance with such Principles. This Statement is published in the Group Annual Report and the latest version can be downloaded.
